Even if no one is watching you should still be honest because it is not fair that you get paid when you do no even work at all it is unethical. Many companies provide written policies and standards . There are many times that people inform you wron on purpose. You are responsible for your actions. If you can not do something simple then do not even bother working there because you don't even do the right thing. Sometimes you just have to act like an adult because you are one. And if you are one act like one. This is called being mature.
